Scope of Work
Provision of mud chemicals, equipment and engineering services for onshore operations, the contractor shall have experience of providing fluids services on, HTHP wells, exploratory wells, Sour wells, ERD wells, High overbalance pressure wells, Multilateral wells, Onshore wells, High density brine completion and wells of highly challenging and complex nature.
Contractor shall have available all types of OIL based and water based fluids system, including high performance water based fluids, highly inhibitive fluids, specialized reservoir drill-in fluids, specialized high density bromide salt based non-damaging drilling fluids.
Services shall be performed in accordance with this Scope of Services and Specifications and all standards requirements referred to herein or attached hereto as and when required on a Call-off basis for QP onshore activities.
During the contract period of three years from the effective date. The services envisaged under the contract are not guaranteed and QP shall not be responsible for, or pay any compensation if the Services are not required / performed.
