Scope of Work
Contractor shall have provision for Casing and Tubing handling Equipment for Offshore and Onshore Rigs.
Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, testing, inspections, maintenance, repairs, redress, transportation, dedicated equipment, tools, services and each and every item of expense necessary for running and / or pulling casing / tubing and also make-up / break-out completion sub-assembly with premium connections on Offshore and Onshore Rigs, as and when required b y QP on Call-off basis.
The Contract Duration shall be thirty seven and half (37.5) months from the Effective Date which includes one and half (1.5) months for the initial mobilization and inspection with an optional extension of Contract by one (1) year, at QP's sole discretion.
