Scope of Work
The purpose of this EPIC project is to extend the subsea Fibre Optic Cable coming from Halul Island to Ras Laffan Land Fall joint, to QP Stations (72-SBV0 & PAB) at Ras Laffan, to establish connectivity between Halul and QP main Control Station.
Scope includes FO cables installation from Ras Laffan Landfall to QP Stations including installation in new ducts, installation within existing ducts, & installation above ground in existing or new cable ladders/trays.
Above ground FO cables shall be provided in new cable trays which shall either be attached to existing pipe racks, bridges & culvert headwalls or shall be provided with new bridge structures. The scope includes end to end testing from Halul Island to the PAB station.
