Scope of Work
QP intends to engage the services of a suitable consultant (hereinafter referred as "CONTRACTOR") to define, design and develop an HSE Governance Framework, Major Accident Hazard management (MAHM) Framework and comprehensive integrated corporate HSE Management System. (HSE MS), in order to give QP equivalence with best-in-class industry leaders and simultaneously ensure compliance with applicable international and statutory standards, specifications, codes of practice and regulations.
