Scope of Work
Contractor's scope of services shall include provision of Nitrogen Equipment and Services for Offshore Operations.
Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, dedicated equipment, tools, materials, services with necessary expenses to perform Nitrogen Pumping Services for QP's Offshore Drilling Operations, as and when required by QP on Call-off basis.
Contract Duration shall be thirty-seven and half (37.5) months from the Effective Date which includes one and half (1.5) months for the initial mobilization and inspection with an optional extension of Contract by one (1) year, at QP's sole discretion
