Scope of Work
The Scope of Work includes the following on EPIC basis:
1) Replacement of swimming pool tiles at various clubs.
2) Demolition of one (1) unit barasti and construction of two (2) new units barastis at Water Sports.
3) Construction of new roads and gates, and widening of existing gates for emergency evacuation at the Township.
4) Installation of automatic roller shutters for garages at Assistant Managers accommodations at Al-Sail Garden, Zone 5 in the Township.
5) Construction of smoking rooms.
6) Supply and installation of electrical SMB and DBs at various locations in Dukhan Township old facility buildings and clubs.
7) Construction and installation of a passenger lift (for the disabled) at Jinnan Recreation Club.
