Scope of Work
The scope of Services shall include following:
a. Carry out Site survey to be familiar with each Well conditions, assess the requirement for scaffolding and well head cross over and any other requirement to perform the services.
b. Upon completion of the Site survey(s), prepare and submit detailed logging program to QP representative prior to commencement of the services.
c. Perform logging operations to carry out the inspection activities such as corrosion evaluation, thickness measurement, and identification of mechanical damages.
d. Prepare and submit deliverables reports and Contract Dossiers.
Contract duration : Thirty eight months, including mobilization period of 2 months.
