Scope of Work
MOC seeks consulting services from a highly experienced consulting company in building GIS for petroleum data center, vehicles tracking system and supply MOC oil fields maps. The services must include but not limited to the following:
1. A detailed strategy.
2. An estimate of the cost to implement the strategy.
3. Road map for the future expansion.
4. Prepare of technical part of the tender document package for selection of competent EPC contractor.
5. The design package shall define all the facilities required in the project.
6. Evaluate received offers and prepare contract for signing.
7. Technical assistance.
