Scope of Work
The Scope of Work pertains to engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of Various FSL Buildings in QPSFA to be perormed by contractor on EPIC basis including the following:
1) Structural steel workshop consisting of wash bay, vacuum area, welding workshop, spray booth area, painting preparation area, toilet, pantry, compressor room, paint mixing room and electrical room inclusive of all necessary equipment, internal utilities and services.
2) New reinforced concrete reception building inclusive of all necessary internal utilities and services.
3) External works inclusive of asphalt road, interlocking bricks, power supply, IT work, telecom works, potable water supply system, drainage, sewerage system, sliding gate and street/compound lighting.
