Scope of Work
The scope of work to cover testing, calibration and validation of Pressure Safety Valves, includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Provision of Testing, Repairing, Calibration and Certification of Pressure Safety Valves.
- Provision of Pressure Safety Valves Repairing with VR stamp.
- Provision of Pressure Safety Valves Test Bench as per the detailed specification.
- Preparation of full procedures as per the API or JSA, plan & scheduling to cater the activities in the above.
- Contractor shall provide the required professional manpower, standard calibration testing bench & tools to carry out the job at the site.
- Provision of full calibration reports, certificates, validation and standard stamping.
- Contractor is to recommend the current and forecasted spare parts list, in joint preparation with PCH dedicated team.
- Provide on the job training for the dedicated staff of PCH.
- Provide onsite training and guidance to PCH Iraq based staff.
- Provide detailed plans and situation reports where needed.
- Manpower should be equipped with the required instruments, devices and tools as required for the satisfactory performance of the work.
