The scope of services include provision of standard Microsoft Premier Service's using Microsoft resources to resolve the specific technical issues, provide the proper advice and guidance on a range of operational, product topics and supply access to informational resources.
In addition, this will help the company to minimize risks to its IT infrastructure, obtain higher productivity and receive the maximum benefits from its IT investments.
