Scope of Work
QP currently has Contract LC10105600 with M/s Senergy Software Limited for the purchase of Interactive Petrophysics Software and provision of their subsequent Maintenance and Support services. This contract is expiring on 30/03/2016.
These Interactive Petrophysics Software licenses are extensively utilized by NF, EX, FO and FD staff under the DV Directorate. A new call-off Purchase, Maintenance and Support and Training services contract is required with either M/s Senergy Software Limited directly or with any other reseller who has an established relationship/agreement with them for another five (5) years.
This contract will allow call-off purchase of new or additional quantities of Interactive Petrophysics Software licenses and their subsequent Maintenance and Support services on a call-off basis as and when required by QP.
It will also ensure continued Maintenance and Support services of existing Interactive Petrophysics Software licenses from expiring contract LC10105600. There will also be a provision for Interactive Petrophysics Software training for users on a call-off basis.
The new contract will be a call-off contract, thereby providing an easy mechanism to purchase software licenses and remove obsolete or those licenses that is no longer required. This approach will minimize any required variations.
