Scope of Work
The brief scope of Services under Corporate Well Log Database Project (CWLDB) Phase IV- Quality Assurance / Quality Control include auditing the quality (QA/QC) of the final digital well and well log output data for about twelve hundred (1,200) wells received by QP from the CWLDB Processing Contractor.
Contractor shall provide all personnel, services, supervision as required for performance of the Services on call-off basis. The Contract duration shall be sixty two (62) calendar months from the Effective Date of the Contract, which includes mobilization period of two (2) calendar months.
