Scope of Work
The scope is EPCC for Reduction Effluent Gases Chloride Absorber in Aromatics Plant.
Bidders have to understand the requirement of performing a detailed engineering study to design, procure, construct and commission a Chloride Guard Bed vessel at Aromatics Plant. The vessel diameter is 2.5 m and hight is 9 m. Sizing of piping connected from/to the vessel to be verified. At least 5 tie-in points to be taken from existing process & utility lines.
Also, all required civil foundation and piping supports to be calculated. A Pressure Differential transmitter and a Pressure Gauge to be procured. In addition to that, 3 lights to be procured as well as all required cables, cable trays and junction boxes. When construction is completed, instrument & electrical items to be hooked, configured and tested. Finally, after a successful
commissioning, the vessel to be smoothly handedover to Aromatics Plant Operations.
