Scope of Work
The Services shall comprise supply of a fully equipped offshore support Vessel, its Crew with a qualified diving team, SPM mooring gang(s), and the necessary Equipment and Manpower to perform diving and maintenance for the Company’s offshore structure and Facilities, all as described below :-
The Contractor shall ensure that the Vessel is available to perform the Services on twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week basis inclusive of all holidays.

2.2 Emergency Solutions for Pipelines Repair: Emergency Solutions that are to be carried out on the occurrence of a breakdown and in some cases can be planned depending upon the nature of the repair to be carried out. mergency Solutions are meant to mitigate the damages due to any leaks and to stop any further leakages on the facilities.
