Scope of Work
Supply of OTS system hardware software and services. The OTS shall be suitable for long-term use throughout the life-cycle of the plant from
early design, to start-up, and then throughout the operational life of the plant. The OTS will be capable of operation over the full range of:
- Normal operations
- Start-up
- Shutdown
- Equipment malfunctions
- Emergency conditions.
