Scope of Work
The Works comprise the construction of a new office building in the West complete with all facilities and services, and the provision of any work that is necessary to provide the Company with a complete, safe and usable office building and workshop facility.
The Contractor shall take single point responsibility for the execution of the Works with no assistance from the Company other than that detailed in the Contract.
The Contractor’s scope of work shall include but shall not be limited to the following:-
1. Carrying out the Works on turnkey basis including design and detail engineering, project management activities, procurement, inspection and provision of all materials, quality assurance, provision of personnel and plant & equipment, construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance acceptance testing.
2. Provision of temporary facilities (Site office, stores, workshop, fabrication yard, Site access roads.
3. Land and topography survey, geo-technical investigations, borehole testing, slit trenching surveys.
4. Protection and/or re-routing of existing services and facilities, as required.
5. QA/QC services including establishing Contract specific quality management system and carrying out all activities in accordance with the Company’s standards; and preparation of QA/QC plans and inspection and test plans, carrying out shop inspection through third party inspectors, carrying out site inspections, and all related quality control activities.
6. HSE services including establishing Contract specific HSE management system and carrying out all activities in accordance with Company’s HSEMS Procedures; and preparation of HSE Plan, Project health/safety/environment reviews (PHSER), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study.
