Provision of Two FSIVs for Offshore Operations

Scope of Work
The company invites the companies for the provision of two (2) Fast Supply Intervention Vessels (FSIVs).
Scope of work and specification of the FSIV
(a) The scope of work consists of activities required and incidental on the service to be provided by the Fast Supply Intervention Vessels. This services shall involve the following:
- Transport and handling of supplies to all fields locations; Cargo transportation including radioactive source and explosives, deck cargo, fuel, water, with pumping capabilities
- Transport and accommodation
- Assistance for safety stand-by
- Assist in fire fighting
- Search and safety rescue operation
- Assist in pollution fighting
- Assist in oil spill contingency
(b) Brief description of required FSIVs:
- Transportation and handling of company's deck cargo (oilfield supplies)
- Transportation and handling of fuel, water, etc
- Transportation of company's passengers
- Assistance for security stand-by and safety stand-by operations around company's offshore installations or Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit contracted by company
- Assistance for safety, search and rescue operations in the Operational Area with the equipment of the vessel provided in each contract
- Implementation of oil-spill contingency equipment provided by company
- Firefighting capabilities with the equipment of the vessel provided in each contract
- Assistance to support light air-guns for seismic operations (VSP) performed on Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit contracted by company
- License by NNRA for transportation of radioactive material
(c.) Award Strategy:
- There shall be split award at the rates of the lowest commercially qualified bidder for the provision of the two (2) FSIVs.
