Scope of Work
The company bids for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Training and Commissioning of Electronic Board Management System
(E-Board).
The scope of work includes:-
- The supply, installation and commissioning of an Online Board Management System with a user friendly web interface.
- Submission of Project Implementation Plan
- Document and incorporate the company board procedures.
- Supply and set up of a centralized database (Relational Database
Management System).
- Setup of necessary IT security measures for the Online Board Management System.
- Supply and installation/setup of the appropriate software, licenses and kits.
- Migration of data from manual systems or other electronic system.
- Training of users: 20no. End users, 3 No. Super Users (Board Secretariat) and 3No. System Administrators.
- Provision of warranty after successful commissioning (go-live) of system.
- Provision of 1 year support after go live.
- Preparation and timely submission of project reports.
- Provide a central document repository.
