Supply of PS21A Control System Upgrade

Scope of Work
The company invites the tenders for the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of PS21A Control
System Upgrade.
The scope of works shall include the following activities:-
- The tenderer shall quote for factory training for 6 (six) maintenance personnel whose training content shall be analysed by the company before contract signing. Additionally the tenderer shall quote for a local operator training for 8 No. operations staff and a local maintenance training for 6 maintenance personnel.
- The contractor shall also quote for the witnessing of the FAT by 3 (three) engineers.
- The tenderer together with the company engineers shall carry out structured FAT and SAT commissioning procedures and upon successful completion and sign the relevant forms.
- The Contractor shall also provide a good earth protection for the node equipment. As a minimum, the Earthling system shall conform to IEC 364 - 5 - 54 Standards
or a later version.
- Each equipment shelf shall be clearly and indelibly labelled with the name of the site at which the equipment is installed and all other interfaces.
* Each label shall be engraved with black lettering on a white background. Each piece of equipment shall be marked with its function, manufacturer’s name or
trademark, code or type number, together with the batch and serial number and its modification status.
* Each detachable unit shall be either marked so as to enable it to be identified with the parent equipment, or else marked with the manufacturer’s name and type
number or code number and where definable its function.
- The Contractor shall propose any additional field instrumentation and works required for newly installed equipment after designs approval by the company engineers. It is upon the contractor to factor in all the civil works involved and all associated cabling works.
