Supply of Hydraulic Packer

Scope of Work
The company bids for the supply of Qty: 50 Nos, hydraulic packer and Qty: 15 Sets, redress kit.
The technical specifications of the materials are as follows:-
1- Packer, Hydraulic Set, Retrievable & Accessories:
- Packer, Hydraulic Set, Retrievable, straight pick up, adjustable shear release; mechanically locked in, three element packoff; built-in equalizing system for reliable release for 139.7 mm (5.1/2") O.D. x 29.8 - 34.3 kg/m (20 - 23 PPF)casing with ends 73.03 mm (2.7/8") O.D. EUE 8 RD Box Up and pin down, complete with setting tool,to meet the following dimensions and service requirement:
i) Maximum Packer O.D.: 117.48 mm (4.625")
ii) Minimum Bore of the Packer Mandrel: 60.33 mm (2.375")
iii) Setting Depth: 2450 - 4420 m (8000 ft. - 14500 ft.)
iv) To withstand a differential pressure of 351.5 Kg/Sq.Cm. (5,000 PSI) from top and bottom.
v) To withstand a bottom hole temperature of 70 Deg.C to 125 Deg.C (158 Deg.F to 257 Deg.F)
Vi) Necessary setting tools comprising of - Shear- out Ball Seat Sub X Half Mule shoe Bottom, complete with Ball Seat, Ball,Shear
Screws and'O' Rings.
Note: Make, Model and Purchase Order No. must be die-stamped on the body of the each packer.
2- Kit, Redress for Hydraulic Packer Set:
Redress Kit for above Hydraulic Set Packer (Mat. Code: 05220059) comprising of :
(i) All rubber elements, O-rings, setting screws, etc. for redressing of Packer.
(ii) Shear-out Ball, Ball Seat, Shear Screws and ‘O’ Rings for redressing of setting tool.
