Restoration Works at Location MZ-3

Scope of Work
The company intended to invite bids from experienced Civil Engineering firms/Contractors for site restoration at Aibawk well-1(Location:MZ-3) near Maubuang village, Mizoram. As per schedule of works consisting earth work, Dismantling of CC, RCC work, Plantation of trees (preferably fruit bearing tree), Disposal of unserviceable slash soil, handling & burying the all waste bag & materials & filling the existing pit with fresh earth etc.
The details of the contract are as follows:-
1- Qty= 320.00M3, Demolishing R.C.C. work as per requirement stacked steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per requirement.
2- Qty= 450.00M, Erection of 1.8m high G.I. barbed wire fencing with 2.4m angle iron posts 50 x 50 x 6mm size placed 2.0m apart embedded in embedded in cement concrete block 1:3:6 concrete block.
3- Qty= 3.50HEC, Plantation of trees (Fruit bearing)@ 290 trees per hectare at a spacing of 6 m by grubbing and leveling the ground upto a depth of 150 mm, digging holes 0.9 m dia, 1 m deep, mixing farm yard/sludge manure with soil, planting of sapling 2 m high with 25 cm dia stem, backfilling the hole and watering).
4- Qty= 500.00M3, Back filling with grannular sandy materials complete as per drawing and Technical specification.
5- Qty= 9,500.00M2, Surface dressing of ground including removing of debris and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal, lead upto 50 m lift upto 1.5 mtr.
6- Qty= 2,500.00M3, Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately.
7- Qty= 5,000.00M2, Laying HDPE sheets of weight not exceeding 300GSM in waste pits, including, jointing sheets and surface preparation including dressing levelling the area as directed by engineer-in-charge. (Rate excluding cost of sand bags, boulders etc.).
8- Qty= 4,000.00M3, Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
9- Qty= 2,000.00M3, Excavation in soil using mechanical means including loading in to truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead including purchasing & payment of royalty etc. from any source).
10- Qty= 16,000.00TKM, Transporting of earth from any sources including payment of all royalties, purchasing of earth etc.
