Scope of Work
The company bids for supplying the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty=50Nos., Gate Valve, 2" x 150 Class, API 6D: API 6D, Gate valve for Natural Gas (Sweet) service, Full bore Through conduit, cast carbon steel rising stem bolted bonnet, Slab Gate type with back seating arrangement design manufactured & testing as per API 6D latest edition flanged ends raised face as per ANSI B 16.5 STD.
* Item 002 Qty=50Nos., Gate Valve, 2" x 300 Class, API 6D: API 6D, Gate valve for Natural Gas (Sweet) service, Cast Carbon steel, Full
Bore, double disc/slab,parallel sliding gate, back seat arrangement to enable replacing the stuffing box under pressure, rising stem type with hand wheel. Valve shall be provided with thrust bearing in the yoke for reducing torque. Face to face dimension as per ANSI B16.10 and valve design, manufactured and tested as per API 6D Standard (latest Edition), with companion flanges. Flange- forged carbon steel, end RF, and weld neck type, conforming to ANSI B-16.5 standard, materials to ASTM A105 specification, high tensile studs and nuts ASTM A193 Gr.B-7 and ASTM A 194 GR.2H.respetivily. Fire Test as
per API 6FA Size : 50 mm NB, 300 Class.
* Item 003 Qty=50Nos., 4inch (100mm) NB,ANSI 300 CLASS, API6D GATE VALVE. full opening through conduit design as per figure no. 1 & 2. illustrated in API 6D specification, 22nd Edition (Latest edition) complete with companion flanges and necessary ring joint gaskets (for above 300 class) and stud bolts & nuts etc. (as per specification), suitable to pass pigs, scrapers & spheres, for oil field (sweet) services, double disc / slab, parallel sliding gate, back seating arrangement to enable replacing the stuffing box under pressure, rising stem type with hand wheel on vertical axis. Both ends flanged as per ANSI B-16.5 with raised face / RTJ(for above 300 class valves). Valves shall be provided with pressure relief fittings and thrust bearing in the yoke for reducing torque. Face to face dimension as per ANSI B-16.10 valve testing as per API specifications 6D. The valves to be supplied with necessary Stud & Nuts
etc.Material of construction : a) Body & Bonnet : Cast carbon Steel (ASTM A-216, Gr. WCB). The casting must be of radiographic quality. b) Gate & segment : AISI 410 510 S/S Nitrohardened, with HF-7 c) Gland packing : Chevron Rings with injectable Teflon Filament.d) Gland Nut : AISI 410.e) Yoke : NI-Resist f) Bonnet Stud : ASTM A 193 Gr. B7.Bonnet Nut : ASTM A 194 Gr. 2H.g) Spring : Inconel - X750
