Scope of Work
The company bids for supplying the following:-
* 26 inch Hole Opener (02 numbers) as per the following minimum specification:
1) Hole openers manufactured from AISI 4145 fully heat treated alloy steel with arms welded onto the body providing location for the cutters. The arms should be hard faced for protection. 2) Minimum three (03) numbers of primary cutters manufactured from heat treated steel and hard faced with tungsten carbide. 3) The cutter assembly should be a fully sealed unit incorporating ball and roller bearings. 4) The hole openers should feature replaceable mud nozzles or similar arrangement for removal of the cuttings and cleaning of the cutters. 5) The hole opener should be designed for easy replacement of the cutters. 6) Cutter Type: For soft to medium formations (Open design tooth formation or equivalent with tooth surfaces hardened). 7) Hole Size: 26 inches 8) Pilot Hole Size: 17.1/2 inches or less 9) Top connection: API 7.5/8 inch (193.675 mm) Regular Pin up. 10) Bottom connection: API 7.5/8 inch (193.675 mm) Regular Box down. 11) Upper shank length : Around 60 inch. 12) Nozzle size: 24/32 inch X 03 nos. or equivalent 13) OD of upper and lower shank to be 9.1/2 inch
* Additional accessories: i) Set of cutters = 03 numbers ii) Number of nozzles = 1 set (Consisting of required numbers as per design)
