Scope of Work
The company bids for Complete heavy duty centrifugal pump ,radial split, centerline supported, end suction OH2 with base plate and steam turbine.
The vender shall supply the following:
- Item (1) P107 A bare shaft pump 1 NOS
- Item (2) P107 B with turbine 1 NOS
- Item (3) complete mechanical seal 2 NOS
- Type and size: 3HNN-153
- serial no: 29401
- Manufacturer: NIIGATA WORTHNGTON CO. LTO
* Pump conditions:-
1) Pumps shall be manufactured according to (API 610) latest
edition.
2) Bearings shall be antifriction ball bearing, ring lubricated type, water cooled with water specification 3 bar 35 CO
3) Flexible metastream coupling, Couplings shall be balanced to ISO 1940-1 grade G6.3.
4)Pumps and Base plate dimensions shall be identical to the existing pump and according to attached drawings
5) Fabricated steel base plates.
6)Pumps shall be single mechanical seal according to (API 682).
7)Mechanical seal manufacturer shall be : John crane, Flowserve or Eagle Burgmann
8) Three sets hard copies and one soft copy of standard documentation including operation and maintenance manuals in English language shall be submitted for each item.
9) Pumps ongrns shall be (U.S.A, Canada, Australia, European, India, South Korea or Japan).
10) Third party inspection by one of the following inspectors:
( visual inspection)
- Lloyd,s Register
- Bureau Veritas
- Intertek Global
- TUV Rhenland
- DNV
11) QA inspection and testing including but not limiting the
following:
- Shop inspection.
- Performance test.
- Material certification for casing, impeller and shaft.
- Liquid penetrant for casing, casing cover & impeller.
- Liquid penetrant for inspection casing and welding.
- Subsurface examination for shaft by ULTRASONIC method.
- Non witness test for NPSH and hydraulic test shall be done.
12) Certificate of origin legalized by Iraqi embassy in the country of
origin shall be submitted.
* Steam turbine driver specifications and requirments:-
1- Turbine shall be between bearings type.
2- Turbine shall be back pressured design
3- Radial bearing shall be sleeve type with anti-friction ball bearing for thrust load.
4- Governor type shall be TG-13 WOODWARD equipped with speed set screw.
S- Turbine shall be manufactured completely according to API 611 latest edition (Design, Material and test)
6- Carbon floating sealing ring for both sides.
7- Mechanical or electrical tachometer shall be provided
8- Adequate cooler if necessary
9- Turbine shall be designed to develop 120% of the rated power required for any specified operation for the driven equipment.
10- Noise level shall be less than 85 dB at 1 meter from the turbine.
11- Turbine shall be horizontally split design.
12- Turbine inlet shall be furnished with strainer.
13- Steam conditions:
- Inlet steam press. Max. 19 kg/cm2 Norm. 17.5 kg/cm 2 Min. 16 kg/cm2
- Steam temp. 255°C
- Exhaust press. 3 kg/cm2
14- Turbine manufacturer shall be: Dresser-Rand
15-lnlet (high pressure steam) from the right side and the outlet (!tow pressure) from the 'left side viewed from governor side.
