Scope of Work
The company bids for Qty=2, complete vertical pump with electric motor and base plate. - Item: P 102 - Vertical pump VS4 according to (API 610).
The Scope of supply for each unit:-
1- Pump shall be manufactured according to (API 610) latest addition. 2- The length from base plate to the end of strainer should be (3.5) m. 3- Clear and fully informative data sheet of the pump together with the relative performance curve and a clear layout drawing with all necessary dimensions should be included within the offer. 4- Pump material should be according to API 610 table HI, material class (C6). 5- Lubrication system should be specified. 6- In case of mechanical seal, it should be according to (API 682) and the seal to be from one of the following manufacturers: # JOHN CRANE --- EAGLE BURGMANN --- FLOWSERVE 7- Motor rating power shall be 200/0 more than pump rating power 8- Standard documentation including operation and maintenance manuals in English three hard copies and one CD format original . 9- Certificate of origin legalized by Iraqi embassy in the country of origin. 10- Third party inspection by one of the following inspectors (Visual inspection): # Lloyd's Register. # Bureau Veritas (BV). # TOV Rheinland. # Intertek Global. # DNV.
