Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply 10,000 KG a conditioner for boiler feed water.
The Specifications of the Conditioner for Boiler Feed Water are as follows:-
1- A synthetic polymer - based multi- functional liquid formula with anti- foaming, anti- fouling, scale inhibiting and dispersing characteristics.
2- It must be able to remove old deposits of calcium, magnesium, silica and iron salts, with time and increasing dosing rates.
3- It must be suitable for low, medium and high pressure steam systems.
4- It must not have inherent hide - out phenomena effects when used at high concentrations.
5- Types and concentrations of active ingredients must be stated.
6- In- plant shelf life must be given.
7- It must have been field tested successfully in our facilities.
8- Lab procedures and necessary chemical reagents and apparatus for general testing and evaluation of water samples and for determining residual of the product in the samples must be offerd.
- Paeking: 200-220 kgs pe drums must be seated on pallets that can be stacked (4 drums per pallet)
Note: offered material must been field successfully in boiler feed water.
