Scope of Work
The company bids for the supply of Jointing & Packing as follows:-
1- Spiral wound gasket rating #l50LBS with outer ring should be carbon steel and without inner ring the winding will be st.steel type (304) with graphite filled according to ASME (B16.20)
2- Spiral wound gasket rating #300LBS with outer ring should be carbon steel and without inner ring the winding will be st.steel type (304) with - graphite filled according to ASME (B16.20)
3- Spiral wound gasket rating #600LBS with outer ring should be carbon steel and without inner ring the winding will be st. steel type (304) with graphite filled according to ASME (B16.20)
4- Flexible graphite gasket(3mm) thickness, rating#150LBS inserted with two AISI (316) st.steel, tanged sheet reinforced with AISI (316) st.steel inner and outer eyelet rings with standing high temp and high pressure media, maxtemp=550CO max pressure=120bar, suit able for ANSI B16-5 flanges & certified by ISO (9002)
5- Flexible graphite gasket(3mm) thickness, rating#300LBS inserted with - two AISI (316) st.steel, tanged sheet reinforced with AISI (316) st.steel inner and outer eyelet rings with standing high temp and high pressure media, maxtemp=550Co max pressure=120bar, suitable for ANSI B16-6 flanges & certified by ISO (9002)
6- Flexible graphite gasket(3mm) thickness, rating#600lbs inserted with two AISI (316) st.steel, tanged sheet reinforced with AISI (316) st.steel inner and outer eyelet rings with standing high temp and high pressure media, maxtemp= 550CO max pressure=120bar, suit able for ANSI B16-5 flanges & certified by ISO (9002)
7- Oval Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Gasket material stainless Steel (18% Cr + 80/0 Ni) Conforming to ASTM (A 182 Gr F321) With (160) Max Brinell Hardness No. (BHN)
