The Description of Scope of Work/Service/Supply is as follows:-
- Design, Installation, Configuration and Implementation of SAP Extended Enterprise Content Management solution.
- System design, Secondary Hardware and Software.
- Integrated Enterprise Portal, Full Integration of SAP Extended ECM solution with various SAP ECC6 Modules, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Mobility, MS Office365, MS Outlook, Google Search, AutoCAD, Meridium and BravoAdvantage
- Migration of electronic documents and physical content to the central repository
- Develop aLL required relevant Information Governance Policies, Procedures, Process Maps and Standards, Metadata, Taxonomy, Records Management Programme, Information Governance Programme
- ECM Training (functional and technical) for users
- Additional Ad-hoc Custom workflow, Case Management, and Extended ECM Modules
