Provision of Stimulation & Nitrogen Equipment

Scope of Work
The Contractor shall supply all equipment, services, tools, materials, consumables, Contractor Personnel and each and every item of expense necessary for provision of stimulation & nitrogen equipment and services for the company's onshore operations on Call-Off basis.
The range of Services shall include the items as listed here under:
i. Acidizing/Stimulation Vertical/Deviated Wells using CTU
ii. Descaling Wells using CTU
iii. Unloading Wells using Nitrogen via CTU
iv. Unloading Wells using Nitrogen via Annulus
v. Foamed Diverter for Horizontal Wells
vi. Pressure testing services rig-less with choke manifold
vii. Fracturing (Acid & Propant)
viii. Mini Fracturing & Analysis
The Contract duration shall be Thirty-seven and half (37.5) months from the Effective Date, which includes one and half (1.5) months for the initial mobilization and inspection. The Tender shall have a provision for optional extension of one (1) year at the sole discretion of the company.
