Provision of General Maintenance Services

Scope of Work
The company plans to engage qualified contractors for the Provision of General Maintenance Services to support the Deep water offshore operations including the maintenance of FPSOs (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading) topside facilities located within the acreages of the projects for an anticipated primary contract term of four years and one year optional extension period and is expected to commence in the second quarter of year 2017.
The scope of work which shall be provided for these call-off services shall include the provision of personnel, materials and supervision required for general maintenance services for Deepwater facilities from water line to topside in line with the company standards. Contractor shall carry out the listed activities:
A. Maintenance activities on the FPSOs,
B. Management of teams performing maintenance activities
C. Prepare and schedule of maintenance activities (including major interventions on machines)
D. Responsible for logistical factors related to maintenance activities
E. Reporting, including the updating of CMMS and documents related to Specific maintenance activities to be performed in this contract shall include Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
