Scope of Work
The company bids for purchasing No.94 of petroleum products /loading arm as follows: -
- Tube size: 3"
- End flange class: 150 according to ANS IB 16.5
- Max horizontal distance of arm: 360 cm
- Max horizontal distance between flange to intermediate swivel 28 cm
- Tube end connection type flanged
- Max flow rate: 75 m3 /hr
- Flow temp range: from 5to 100 Co
- Max operating pressure: 12 bar
- Double swing joint material: carbon steel
- Main end drop tube assembly material alummineum alloy
- Intermediate and drop tube swivel: alummineum alloy
- Loading valve material alummineum alloy and brass
- Also the assembly consist of (Remote control, Balancing cylinder and Automatic vacuum breaker).
- All the swivel join shall be with Viton / PTFE seals meeting the following specifications:
