Scope of Work
The company bids for the supply of Qty=2, valve, ball, carbon steel (A105N)/(WCB), flanged, raised face, ASME B16.5, trunnion mounted, 6 moly SS (UNSN08926), RPTFE, gear, class 600, 6 inch
- Body material: ASTM a105n (or) ASTM A216 grade WCB
* The item description is as follows:-
valve, ball,6 inch,600#, full bore, flanged, RF to ANSI B16.5, confirming to the company standard MP-033 part-1, rev.1 and latest edition of API 6D/ISO 14313, and suitable for sour service to NACE-MR-0175 / ISO 15156.
* The technical specifications are as follows:-
1. Material specification shall be as per SR. NO. 8 of appendix IV to the company standard MP-033, part-I.
2. Emergency sealant injection for stem areas and seat areas shall be provided
3. Valve shall be of trunnion mounted
4. Valve shall be of split body with side entry design.
5. Spring loaded seat shall be provided
6. Valve shall be of tight shut-off design (zero leakage).
7. Valves shall be suitable for the design temperature of 200; F(max) and -3: C (min).
8. Valves shall be fire safe type tested & certified to API 607/ API 6FA/ISO 10497
9. Valves shall be from approved list of manufacturer code: 23.1
The data requirements are as follows:-
1. Bidder shall furnish valve drawings with material specification of components, data sheets, and catalogues with the offer.
