Scope of Work
The company bids for the supply of testers, pressure, hydrostatic, 3000 PSIG air operated, high flow, double acting hydraulic pumps for pressure testing, chemical injection and hydraulic power with 50 liter stainless steel tank and stainless steel box frame.
The specifications of the pump are as follows:-
- Maximum rated output pressure: from 3,000–3,500 PSI
- Output Per Cycle: 15 in2 or 250cc (minimum)
- Minimum Flow: 35 liter/min
- Maximum Air Supply Pressure: 100 PSI or 7 bar
- Maximum Air Consumption: 120 scfm
- Main Seal & Check Valves Seals: Nitrile (Buna-N)
- Piston: stainless steel + corrosion resistant finish
- Silencer: stainless steel
- Hydraulic Inlet: 1/2 inch NPT (female)
- Hydraulic Outlet: 1/2 inch NPT (female)
- Air Inlet: 3/4 inch NPT (female)
- Pilot Air Supply; 1/8 inch BSPP (female)
