Scope of Work
The company announces to interested and prequalified companies, an upcoming tendering opportunity for the provision of Short Take-Off and Landing (STOL) Aircraft and Associated Services.
The work scope covered by proposed contract includes but is not limited to the following:
- Item 001, Provision of one (01) Short Take-Off and Landing aircraft able to operate into a Code 1B airfield (with the option of increasing the fleet requirement to 2 aircraft) for SPDC personnel rotations at Nigeria Air Force Base Port Harcourt (PH NAF), Osubi Airstrip, Forcados Airstrip and Finima Bonny Airstrip.
- Item 002, Aircraft equipped with autopilot and TCAS 2 as well as other minimum equipment required by SPDC.
- Item 003, Aircraft equipped with air-conditioning.
- Item 004, Aircraft to be available 6 days a week 0700-1900, with an agreed maintenance day each Sunday.
- Item 005, The aircraft configured to seat a minimum of 16 passengers.
- Item 006, Provision of a dispatch desk and facility/personnel to manage travel requirement and vehicle parking for travellers at PH NAF and Osubi.
- Item 007, Provision of passenger security screening, briefing room and waiting lounge at PH NAF and Osubi.
- Item 008, Provision of baggage screening and handling PH NAF and Osubi.
- Item 009, Provision of adequate security PH NAF and Osubi.
- Item 010, Provision of JetA1 fuel via bridger trucks or helipods for onward transportation to Forcados Terminal Airstrip.
