Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the following:
a) Supply, installation, maintenance and support Services for the hardware.
b) Seamless integration of hardware leased, with the Company’s existing PACS and HIS systems, integration with any new or replaced Company’s software, hardware and equipment, as and when requested by the Company;
c) Implementation and maintenance of new interfaces with existing and any new/replaced Company’s software, hardware and equipment, as and when requested by the Company;
d) The Contractor shall provide response to all queries and problems raised by the Company via internet, e-mail, telephone, fax and the like;
e) Provision of quarterly preventive maintenance of the supplied hardware and equipment
f) Provision of quarterly status reports, within seven (7) days following the end of the quarter.
g) On-Site user demonstration on the features and operation of the installed System hardware/ equipment as and when requested by the Company;
