Scope of Work
The company invites ‘Tenderer’ to avail services for ““OEM Support Service GE–Bently Nevada System-1”” at the company plants at Sohar & Muscat. The proposed contract shall be for a period of 5 (Five) years with the provision for further extension based on mutual acceptance by both the parties.
The contractors work scope shall include the following:-
* Bently Nevada’s System-1 are for continuous monitoring & diagnostics of rotating equipments, which have the highest criticality rating and needs to be monitored precisely by a highly reliable & best in class Asset condition monitoring practices/expertise using SYSTEM-1 through this agreement / service contract.
* The Contract includes technical support for System-1 servers & 3500 racks installed at the company MAF and Sohar plants with MDS (machinery Diagnostic Services), S&I (System and Instrument) support service.
* Scope of work includes Technical Support agreement, which provides OFF-SITE technical support, 24/7 via phone call or email for all Bently Nevada products.
* The Qualified & Experienced OEM authorized Contractor shall Carry out adequate periodical maintenance & health checkups to Ensure system availability for trouble-free operation with zero down- time with Maximizing the return of investment in Bently Nevada hardware and software
* The contractor shall maintain and repair the equipments in accordance with those standards and recommendations laid down by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
* Ensure the Integrity and longevity of the system & and proper functioning of all controls, logic and protection systems
* Identifying abnormal machinery behavior before conditions deteriorate to the point of machine trip or damage
* Understanding how the behavior of the monitored machines changes with process conditions
* Determining the root cause of abnormal machinery behavior and recommending corrective actions
* Improving the skills of the company personnel using Bently Nevada hardware and software
* Ensure compliance to OEM Warranty requirements
* Ensure compliance to Safety and Quality requirements
