Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of yhe following items:-
* Item 001 Qty=4000M, Cables, Conductors, Wires & Accessories:-
Cable, 4C x 25 mm2, 1100V, PVCA Alu.
Size: 4Cx25 mm2
Voltage Grade: 1100V
Colour: Black
Conductor Material: Stranded compact circular/shaped Aluminium
Shape: Complete round on outer side
Insulation: PVC
Filler & Inner Sheath: Unvulcanized rubber/ Thermoplastic materials/ Proofed tape (for inner sheath only).
Outer Sheath: PVC
Armour: Galvanised Steel Tape/Wire
Min Length: 500Mtr
Applicable Standard: IS-1554 (part-1)-1988 (with latest amendments if any) Marking: a) Manufacture's name, voltage grade, length (in metres), size of cable, year of manufacture and the letters 'ELECTRIC' shall be printed, indented or embossed on the sheath of the cable throughout the length. The distance between any two consecutive printings, indentations or embossings shall be not more than 1 m.
b) Cable drum shall be marked with manufacture's name, voltage grade, size of cable, cable code, year of manufacturing, length of cable, Number of lengths on the drum (if more than one); gross weight, ISI mark & OIL's purchase order number with suitable paint in permanent manner. Make: Any brand with valid BIS manufacturing license & type test certificates. Submittals:
With offer- Valid authorisation/dealership certificate (in case of bidders other than OEM), the details of orders (minimum 30% of NIT) successfully executed during last 5 years for similar cables to Govt/PSUs/Public Ltd. Companies (PO copy and invoice/completion certificate/commissioning report etc. from client), valid BIS certificate, type test certificate from NABL accredited test laboratory.
With the supply: Routine test certificate, warranty certificate.

* Item 004 Qty=1500M, Cable, flexible, round PVC insulated and round PVC sheathed, 3-core, 250 Volts grade, size in copper- 14/.0076", Colour - Grey or Brown. The cable must bear voltage grade, size, manufacture name & IS marking/monogram embossed on the outer surface. (100 Mtrs./Coil)

* Item 005 Qty=500M, Cable, Flexible, 4-core, Round, 141/0.30 mm(10 Sq.mm), conductor composed of annealed bare copper wire PVC Insulated laid up, screened with bare copper wires and PVC sheathed overall 660/1100 volts grade, conforming to IS:694(I)-1964 in wooden drum of 500 metre length. The cable must bear voltage grade, size, manufacture name & IS marking/monogram embossed on the outer surface.

* Item 006 Qty=2000M, Armoured Copper Cable For Lighting System, Pbs Wiring In Hazardous Area And Other Industrial Installations.
Cable, flexible, 3-core,round 80/0.20 mm,conductor composed of annealed bare copper wire, PVC insulated laid up, screened with bare copper wires and PVC sheathed overall, 660/1100 volts grade,conforming to IS:694(I)-1964 in minimum length of 200bmetres packed in wooden drum.
