The company invites limited tenders for the supply of Qty= 40NO, 12.1/4 inches High Performance Milled Tooth Roller Cone Bit (IADC Code: 1-1-7) Maker's Type Designation: Similar or equivalent to Model - XR+CPS of Smith Bits / Model - EQHC1GRC of Halliburton Drill Bits IADC: 1-1-7 or 1-1-7W (Suitable for both Rotary and motor application with minimum Krev of around 850) Rotary speed, rpm: 55 - 250 WOB: 16 Klbs - 65 Klbs Flow Rate: 500 gpm - 850 gpm Bit Size: 12.1/4" (311.15 mm) Pin Size : 6.5/8" API Regular (168.28 mm) The bit should be designed with the following minimum features: 1) Directed nozzles for engineered hydraulic (For optimal cleaning efficiency) 2) Centre jet feature to avoid bit balling 3) Twin seals or metal seals bearing package 4) Premium full tooth hardfacing on each tooth (cutting structure and gauge) 5) Tungsten carbide inserts on Heel / Surf area of the bit 6) Raised tungsten carbide inserts on shirttail / arm for providing protection in directional drilling application and abrasive environment.
