Scope of Work
The company invites limited tenders for the supply of Qty=60NO, Rock Bit, Soft Formation, Jet Circulation, Tri Cone, Milled Tooth, API Monogram as Per API Spec.7-1(Beyond 3500 Meters)
IADC: 1-3-7 (Suitable for both Rotary and Motor application with minimum Krev of around 500)
Rotary speed, rpm: 55 - 250
Bit Size: 8.1/2" (215.9 mm)
Pin Size: 4.1/2" API Regular (114.3 mm)
The bit should be designed with the following minimum features:
1) Directed nozzles for engineered hydraulics (For optimal cleaning efficiency)
2) Centre jet feature to avoid bit balling
3) Bearing package with Twin seals / metal seals / Duo Lock seals
4) Hardfacing on each tooth (cutting structure and gauge)
5) Tungsten carbide inserts on Heel / Surf area of the bit
6) Additional shirttail & gauge protection for high speed directional drilling application for abrasive environment.
Bits to be supplied with the nozzles of following sizes:
15/32" - 25 Sets
16/32" - 45 Sets
18/32" - 20 Sets (1 set= 3 nos. nozzles)
Total 90 Sets of Nozzles for 60 Nos. of Bits.
Bits to be supplied with the centre jets of following sizes:
Minimum 13/32" for 13/32" nozzle set
Minimum 15/32" for 16/32" nozzle set
Minimum 16/32" for 18/32" nozzle set
Minimum 18/32" for 20/32" nozzle set
