Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the construction of Burgan Petrol Filling Station. The details of work scope are as follows:-
* The scope of Works shall include construction of a new Petrol Filling Station along with all associated facilities in Company’s Burgan Area. The Contractor’s scope shall include but shall not be limited to carrying out topographical Site survey, geotechnical investigations, Site preparation and earth works, exploratory slit trenching, identification, protection, re-routing / re-location of existing services and facilities, preparation of Contractor Project HSE plan and conducting HSE studies, complete detailed engineering including submission of material specifications, vendor drawings/details, data sheets, design calculations, drawings including design, construction, fabrication and as-built drawings related to Architectural, Civil & Structural, Process, Water supply, Fire Fighting, Drainage, Mechanical/Piping, HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation and IT Works.
* The Contractor’s scope shall include but shall not be limited to supply of all material, manpower, tools, equipment and shall carry out complete fabrication, erection, construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning of Burgan Petrol Station with all associated Architectural, Civil/Structural, Process, Water supply, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, Mechanical/Piping, HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation and IT Works as described in the relevant parts of the Technical Specifications and Drawings.
* The Contractor shall provide training to Company personnel to operate and maintain the Burgan Petrol Filling station.
* The Contractor shall follow the minimum design requirements specified in Technical Specification Part IB-General Design Guidelines for Petrol Station (KNPC Specifications).
