Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the maintenance of gas & water networks and their associated services in Ahmadi Township.
The Services shall comprises of Two (2) Stages of work scopes as follows:-
* Stage- 1:
These exclusive Services shall launch from the Date of Commencement for a period of Forty Eight (48) months, whereby the Contractor shall perform the services during the entire Contract period as per the followings:
- The Contractor shall take-over the entire maintenance scope related to Company’s existing brackish water pumping systems and brackish water storage tanks along with their associated works.
- The Service shall include maintenance, repair and overhauling of the existing brackish water pumping systems and brackish water storage tanks along with their associated works in the Company premises.
* Stage- 2:
These exclusive Services shall launch after Thirteen (13) months from the Commencement date of Stage -1 for a period of Thirty five (35) months, whereby the Contractor shall perform the services during the remaining Contract period as per the followings:.
- The Contractor shall carry out maintenance of Ahmadi underground Gas and Water networks, underground fire water networks, including all types of fresh and fire water storage tanks, fresh water pumps and other related services such as installation, maintenance and repair of existing and newly installed fresh water pumps and tanks in Ahmadi Township, and any other locations if so, directed by the Superintendent of the Contract
