Hiring Support Service for OFC Maintenance

Scope of Work
The company invites bidders for support service for OFC maintenance under pump station No.7, Madarihat for a period of two years. The scope may be broadly summarized as follows:
a) Mobilization of materials and equipments to work-site and making of approaches, if required.
b) Handling & Transportation of materials.
c) Back filling and Restoration of site.
The Scope of Supply includes the following:-
1- Owner's Supply:
The Owner's scope of supply shall be limited to the supply of HDPE Ducts, OFC, CC Splicing Chambers with two Lids, Hume Pipes, 101 mm GI Conduits, Splicing Machines, OTDR, OFC Vehicle to mobilize Departmental Personnel, Tool Kits as required, Laser Power Meters, CC Markers, Cable warning Tapes, OFC Jointing Kits, GPS sets, Aluminium Paints for Bridge GI Conduit Painting.
2- Contractor's Supply:
The Contractor's scope of supply includes the following:
a. Supply of Labours for OFC maintenance, Labour Insurance, Safety PPE's for all Labours, Supply of One Skilled and One Semi skilled Service [Labour], JCB's, Water Pumps as required, Bamboos, Sand filled bags, Boulders, Cement, sand, stone chips for CC jobs, Transportation of all kinds of OFC materials including Company supplied materials from PS7 to the OFC repair/ exposure/ cut /Railway Bridges sites, if required requisite Planning for critical areas for OFC repair to be carried out by the contractor with all resources available. Lighting arrangement to be provided at site during OFC repair and OFC maintenance jobs on as and when required subject to requirement during the contract period.
b. Fencing materials along with associated materials.
c. All other equipment, materials, consumables, etc. not specifically indicated above, but are required for successful completion of the works as per the tender documents, drawings / construction methodology / detailed engineering calculations etc. shall be included in the Contractor#s scope of supply.
