Scope of Work
Information management project (IM) to complete E&P data management project in order to index, store and manage historical, current and future data of onshore and offshore wells
Phase 1 - Project Design:
The objective of this stage is to define the main requirement of the department starting from the data types, volumes along with the department process and workflow.
Phase 2 - Project deployment:
In this stage the implementation of the project according to the specification design document; the installation and configuration should be accomplished as well as loading and Quality Controlling the loaded data defined according to the project scope and time defined in the PID.
Phase 3 - Knowledge Transfer:
The goal of this stage is to train the administrators and users, an onsite support may be required in order to insure the new work flow is implemented correctly.
