Scope of Work
The company invites limited tenders for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty=8, Pressure Testing, Painting and refilling of Empty CO2 Cylinders of Clean Agent based Automatic Fire Suppression System, Hydraulic Test Pressure- 24.5 Mpa, Purity of CO2 - 99.9, Moisture shall be less than 0.005%.
- Note:
(1) The Pressure Test shall be carried out as per Govt. of India Gas Cylinder Rule-1981 and latest amendment, if any.
(2) Hydrostatic Presuure Test Certificate of Individual Cylinder is required along with the supply of the Refilled Cylinder.
(3) Cylinder no. and the CO2 capacity of the cylinder shall be written on the bottom of the cylinder, preferably in 2 cm. size letter for easy identification of the cylinder.
(4) Cylinder shall be painted in Deep Green colour.
* Item 002 Qty= 30, CO2 Cylinder Refilling - 2 Kg Capacity as per Gas Cylinder Rules 2004 or latest and IS 7285. The CO2 refilled in the cylinder should comply with IS 15222.
* Item 003 Qty=8, CO2 Cylinder Refilling- 3.0 Kg Capacity as per Gas Cylinder Rules 2004 or latest and IS 7285. The CO2 refilled in the cylinder should comply with IS 15222.
* Item 004 Qty=15, CO2 Cylinder Refilling - 4.5 Kg Capacity as per Gas Cylinder Rules 2004 or latest and IS 7285. The CO2 refilled in the cylinder should comply with IS 15222.
* Item 005 Qty=16, Co2 Cylinder Refilling- 6.5 Kg Kg Capacity as per Gas Cylinder Rules 2004 or latest and IS 7285. The CO2 refilled in the cylinder should comply with IS 15222.
* Item 006 Qty= 3, CO2 Cylinder Refilling - 9 Kg Capacity Pressure Testing, Painting and refilling of Empty CO2 Cylinders.
* Item 007 Qty=12, CO2 Cylinder Refilling-22.5 Kg Capacity Pressure Testing, Painting and refilling of Empty CO2 Cylinders.
* Item 008 Qty=35, CO2 Cylinder Refilling-36 Kg Capacity Pressure Testing, Painting and refilling of Empty CO2 Cylinders.
* Item 009 Qty= 35, CO2 Cylinder Refilling-40 Kg Capacity Pressure Testing, Painting and refilling of Empty CO2 Cylinders.
* Item 010 Qty= 5, CO2 Cylinder Valve
- Note:
(1) The CO2 Cylinder Valve shall be as per Govt. of India Gas Cylinder Rule-1981 and latest amendment, if any.
(2) CO2 Cylinder Valve shall be ISI-marked
(3) Test Certificate, ISI certificate shall be produced for the valve along with the supply of the Refilled Cylinder.
* Item 011 Qty=24, Hydraulic Testing, refilling of the nitrogen cylinders being used in Nitrogen base Automatic Fire Suppression system at Numaligarh and Rangapani Terminal. The technical specification of the cylinders is as follows:
i. Dimension: Dia: 278 mm,Height: 1835 mm (Approx) with valve
ii. Hydrostatic pressure: 50.0 MPa
iii. Water Capcity: 83.0 Liter
iv. Tare weight with cylinder valve: 109.Kg Approx.
v. Storage Cylinder pressure: 30.0 Mpa at 35°C
vi. Filling Volume of Nitrogen: 20.3 M3 at 20 °C
vii. Material: Cr-Mo Steel
viii. Finished colour: Munsell, Ref. No. N-6
ix. Cylinder valve: Model PC30BU
x. Quality of Nitrogen gas
a. Purity: 99.99 or more
b. Moisture: 15 ppm or less
c. Oxygen: 50 ppm or less
d. Standard (Reference): JIS K 1107 -Grade 2
* Item 012 Qty=4, Hydraulic Testing, Refilling of the nitrogen cylinders being used in Nitrogen base Automatic Fire Suppression system at Numaligarh and Rangapani Terminal. The technical specification of the cylinders is as follows:
i. Dimension:Dia: 273 mm, Height: 1795 mm(Approx) with valve
ii. Hydrostatic pressure: 24.5 MPa
iii. Water Capcity: 82.5 Liter
iv. Tare weight with cylinder valve: 79.Kg Approx.
v. Storage Cylinder pressure: 10.6 Mpa at 35°C
vi. Filling Volume of Nitrogen: 8.2 M3 at 20 °C
vii. Material: Cr-Mo Steel
viii. Finished colour: Munsell, Ref. No. N-6
