Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty=1 LSM, Supply of materials for Horizontal Anode bed using 12 Nos MMO Anode in single string for location PS9 (DUMAR). Details are as follows:-
- Anode string (Total): 103 m
- Anode tail cable: 5 m
- Anode arrangement: 4 Amp x 12 Nos (Single String)
- Anode current output: 48 A Cable 16 mm2 EPR /CSPE cable
- Anode type: MMO coated titanium anode
- Anode make: ELTECH, USA or TITANOR COMPONENT LTD. , GOA or ORONZID DE NORA S.A
- Calcined Coke Breeze: As required for horizontal anode bed of 100 m active Length of cross section size 30 cm X 30 cm.
* Item 002 Qty=200 Meter, Supply of 35sq mm single core Cu cable: 35sq mm single core, stranded, copper, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed (ST2), Armoured (Non Magnetic) Anode header cable
* Item 003 Qty=1 NO, Supply of Anode Junction Box: Anode Junction Box (consisting of 2 Nos shunts)
* Item 004 Qty=200 Meter, Laying of anode header cable in buried trench: Laying of anode header cable in buried trench , 1 m depth, including Trenching work for cable laying ,Supply of sand & brick ,sand filling 15 cm above and 15 cm below cable, brick laying and backfilling of the trench as well as transportation of cables & all other materials including labours as required
* Item 005 Qty=1 LSM, Transportation, Mobilisation ,Complete Installation etc:
Transportation, Mobilisation, Complete Installation, Testing , Commissioning of Horizontal Shallow Anode Bed, including Jungle cutting and cleaning of area.
Making Anode bed of active length 100 m long at depth of 2m from ground level. Installation of anodes & coke breeze 100 m long and cross section size of 30 cm X 30 cm , along with backfilling with Bentonite & Native Soil, Installation/Painting of AJB, cable termination at AJB & TRU etc to make the system complete in all respect
