Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Petroskills Alliance Membership Agreement. The Company shall, upon reasonable prior written request of PetroSkills, have the right, but not the obligation, to provide technical personnel or experts to participate with PetroSkills in the continuing development and implementation of the Processes and activities reasonably incidental thereto. Company will work in cooperation with other PetroSkills Alliance Members to continually improve and update the Competency Maps and acknowledges that all improvements or enhancements made to the Competency Maps as part of the PetroSkills Alliance are, and shall remain, the Intellectual Property of PetroSkills.
