Hiring of Services For Cutting of Grass

Scope of Work
The company invites bids for hiring of Services for Cutting of Grass, Shrubs, Wild vegetation etc. in LPG Recovery & Filling Plants for a period of three (03) years from the date of engagement, under the supervision of the Contractor/Contractor's authorized representative.
The scope shall cover the following:
* Services of the Contract Labourers shall be 08 (eight) hours per day per person.
* The persons so engaged shall normally attend duty from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. with 30 minutes lunch break, in all the working days of the contract schedule including Saturdays.
* Work will normally be carried out on the Company's working days of the year except on Sundays and Company declared Holidays. However, in case of emergency / work urgency, the services will be required for which the contractor will be intimated in short notice.
* The contractor must engage his workmen in the very 1st day or in the 1st week of the month.
* The contractor shall strictly follow the grass cutting areas as advised by concerned officer of OIL. The area demarcation drawing is available in LPG Department.
