Consultancy Services on H2S Generation Assessment

Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Consultancy Services on H2S Generation Assessment and Mitigation Process Selection (Reservoir Souring Study for North Kuwait Oil Fields). The Consultant shall provide the consultancy services as follows: Giant Mauddud carbonate Reservoir, the Upper and Lower Burgan reservoirs, and the Zubair reservoir in Raudhatain and Sabriyah area at NK oil fields, also sea water at SWTP (Sea Water Treatment Plant) and CIPF (Central Injection Pump Facilities). Moreover, the scope of Services of the Consultant shall include formation and produced water study. The Consultant shall provide on-job training and conduct workshop for Company’s nominated personnel.
The Stages of the Services area as follows:-
The Services comprise the following Stages and the duration of each Stage shall be as per the Company approved Work Program:
- Stage 1: Duration of this Stage shall be six (6) months from the Date for Commencement. During this Stage, the Consultant shall carry out Site survey, refine, agree and liaise with the Superintendent for collection of all required data from the Company, mobilize all the manpower and equipment required for the Services, and submit the Stage 1-report for approval by the Company. The Consultant shall control and ensure that the data collected from the Company meets the study objective. The Consultant shall confirm to the Superintendent the fitness of the collected data. The Consultant shall conduct all required laboratory testing and analyse the result ensuring its compliance to the study objective.
- Stage 2: The duration of this stage shall be twelve (12) months from the date of completion of Stage 1. During this Stage, the Consultant shall integrate all findings in final report for further submission to the Superintendent for approval and conduct a minimum five (5) days workshop in one of the Consultant’s labs. The Final Report shall be submitted to the Superintendent for approval within eleven (11) months from the date of commencement of Stage 2. The workshop shall be conducted by the Consultant during the last month of Stage 2 as per the schedule agreed with the Superintendent.
