Scope of Work
The company invites bids for IRC for Instrumentation / Telecom & SCADA Maintenance Works of VSPL Pipeline and Associated Facilities at Gail, G.Konduru. The scope of work shall include the following Services and assistances for:-
- The following maintenance works related to Instrumentation at Tap off Terminal (TOT), Receiving Terminals (inside LPG Bottling plants of M/s HPCL, IOCL & BPCL located near Kondapalli and LPG Pipelines / associated facilities at SV stations.
a) Regular Maintenance Activities
b) Non Regular Maintenance Activities on As & When Requirement Basis.
The detailed activity-wise Instrumentation maintenance works are elaborated in the Annexure to SOR of this tender.
- Maintenance works related to TELECOM / SCADA at TOT, Receiving Terminals (inside LPG Bottling plants of M/s HPCL, IOCL & BPCL located near Kondapalli and LPG Pipelines / associated facilities at SV stations. The detailed activity-wise TELECOM / SCADA maintenance works are elaborated in the Annexure to SOR of this tender.
The scope includes supply of all necessary tools, tackles, general consumables, PPEs for personnel working, equipment’s like digital multimeter etc. wherever required. Travelling charges for operation and maintenance personnel to our pipeline sites, TOT in G. Konduru, RTs in Kondapalli for each shift / general shift are to be borne by the contractor. All the maintenance jobs are to be done with necessary hot / cold work permits strictly following safety practices during the working hours of the plant normally from morning 9.00 hrs to evening 6.00 hrs. However, in urgency or emergency jobs the timings are not stipulated and shall be till completion of a specific job as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. List of minimum maintenance tools / tackles to be arranged by the contractor are enclosed and the list of Major equipment in G. Konduru TOT / RTs for which the operation and maintenance services are to be provided by the contractor are enclosed.
